“Kristin was an outstanding sitter and we feel very lucky to have had her. My daughter is going through a period of intense separation anxiety (to the point that just my leaving the room upsets her), and I was so impressed by the way that Kristin was able to meet her where she was. It can be hard to strike a balance between taking the lead and following the child's lead in that situation, but Kristin did this perfectly, not trying to redirect her to other activities until she was ready. If nothing else, the fact that Kristin has been our only babysitter so far who has managed to get Alexandra to eat her dinner is a testament to her incredible attunement to young children.
