How It Works:

Our pre-baby on-call service provides pre-arranged child care coverage for your other children around your expected delivery date. Typically, a 1–2 week window is set aside for a sitter to be on call. Weeks before your due date, we introduce your family to the sitter so everyone feels comfortable and confident in the plan.

When labor begins, you simply text the sitter, and she arrives at your home as soon as possible to care for your children. The sitter is compensated with a day rate for all days she is on call, plus hourly pay for the time she actively cares for your children.

We schedule based on your approximate due date, ensuring coverage is seamless—even in the middle of the night.

Fees and Policies:

• Membership Required: Only members can book this service.
• On-Call Day Rate: $100 per 24-hour period, even if the sitter is not ultimately called in. Day rate applies and is paid once the sitter is confirmed.
• Hourly Pay: Hourly rates apply when the sitter is actively caring for your children on the day you go into labor. The day rate still applies, as she is holding her time for you.
• Transportation: Families cover the full cost of the sitter’s cab fare to your home on the day of labor.
