How It Works
Create your profile and apply with a referral code. Our team reviews every application to get to know your background, skills, and experience.
If selected, you’ll join a friendly 30-minute Zoom interview with our recruitment director. We want to meet the real you — your story, your passion for kids, and what makes your caregiving style unique.
Once accepted, we’ll polish up your profile and start matching you with respectful, loving families who fit your personality, availability, and career goals.
Let's get started on finding you the perfect childcare position!
Work With Bell Family Company
At Bell Family Company, we believe that great childcare starts with great caregivers. Since 2009, we’ve helped thousands of sitters and nannies find rewarding jobs with respectful, supportive families. We only work with families who follow market standards, treat caregivers with kindness, and value the amazing work you do.
We know every childcare provider brings their own unique experience, skills, and personality — and we celebrate that! That’s why we offer a wide variety of roles, so you can find the right fit for your lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking for flexibility, consistent hours, or a new long-term role, we’ve got options to match your goals.
Babysitting jobs are available to candidates during the day, weekends or evenings. A babysitter doesn’t have a consistent schedule, all jobs are ad hoc and you work when you are available with a number of different families.
An after school nanny typically works 15 - 25 hours a week with one family; picking kids up from school, managing playdates, afternoon activities, meal time, homework help and bedtime.
A full-time nanny works 40+ hours a week with one family; carrying out a myriad of tasks to keep the child’s schedule and family’s household running smoothly. A part-time nanny typically works 15 - 30 hours a week for one family; working a set schedule dictated by the family’s needs.
Month-to-Month Sitter works on a month-to-month basis for a set schedule either full or part time hours.
Night nurses partner with parents in the postpartum season of life guiding and providing care after the baby is born. Night Nurses typically work 24 hour shifts 6 days per week or 10-12-hour overnight shifts a few days a week, to help the new parents adjust to life with a newborn, care for the newborn while the birthing parent rests and recovers.
Step in short-term to support families during transitions, vacations, or gaps in care.
Help busy households run smoothly by tackling errands, scheduling, and light household management.
Join families on trips to provide safe, reliable childcare while they’re away from home.
Care for children in hotels, giving parents peace of mind and flexibility during their stay.
Assist moms-to-be with daily tasks, errands, and childcare prep before the baby arrives.
Step into classrooms to support schools and children when teachers are absent.
Pitch in with whatever a family needs—light tidying, organizing, or extra hands with kids.
Care for family pets with walks, feeding, and companionship.
