Placement Types:

• Full time: 40+ hours per week, sample schedule is Monday through Friday 9-5pm, however busy working families may need additional hours
• Part time: 20–25 hours per week, sample schedule is Monday through Friday 3-7:30pm or Monday through Friday 9-1pm

Live-Out Nannies

A live-out nanny works in your home during scheduled hours but resides elsewhere. Many are local professionals, students, or young adults living independently nearby. This option is ideal for families who need daytime support but prefer to maintain a private household routine after hours.

Live-In Nannies

A live-in nanny resides with your family and becomes part of your household. She will have her own private room or accommodations and typically works five days a week with two days off. Live-in care provides an added level of flexibility, making it a great fit for busy families. At Bell Family, we encourage families to treat live-in nannies as valued members of the household, ensuring a respectful and supportive environment.

Our Process: Making the Right Match

Finding the right nanny is about more than resumes—it’s about relationships. Our team uses what we call “Bell Match Method”: understanding who nannies are, how they think, and how they work. This allows us to carefully match you with candidates who fit your family’s lifestyle and needs.

Here’s what you can expect when you partner with us:

• Job Conditions: We collaborate with you to create a one-page description of the role, expectations, and compensation.
• Candidate Profiles: Within 48 hours of approving your job conditions, we typically send 1–2 candidate profiles, with 3–5 more arriving within the following week or two.
• Thorough Vetting: Every profile includes a resume, references, background check, certifications, proof of legal status, vaccination records, and more.
• Interviews & Meet-and-Greets: We provide interview tips and connect you directly with candidates. Virtual meet-and-greets are non-paid, while in-person are paid.
• Trial Days: Families may book paid trial days to observe the nanny with their children before committing.
• Offer & Onboarding: Once you’ve chosen your nanny, we guide you through the offer, confirmation, and any agreements to ensure a smooth transition.
