Our Infant Sitters are hand-selected, thoroughly vetted, and chosen for their calm, nurturing approach and deep understanding of babies' needs from 1–11 months.

What Makes a BFC Infant Sitters Different?

All sitters in this exclusive group have successfully completed our full BFC vetting process plus three additional steps designed to ensure exceptional infant expertise:

1. Verified Infant Experience

   Each sitter must show at least 6 months to one year of hands-on infant experience on their resume or bio. This includes caring for babies ages 1–11 months in private homes, nanny roles, daycare settings, or other professional environments.

2. Infant-Specific CPR Training

   Every Infant Sitter is required to complete infant-specific CPR training for ages 1–11 months, based on the American Heart Association’s safety recommendations.

3. Required BFC Infant Training

   Each sitter completes our BFC Infant Care Training and achieves a perfect score (100%) to join this list.

Each BFC Infant Sitter understands infant safety, soothing, feeding, hygiene, sleep routines, and early development to give your baby the highest level of care.
